albany police chief releasing details with the teacher that was accused of having a relationship with a former student. >> here is the news release that they issued late last night. they have basically come out sweating swinging. james izumikazi was accused of having a inappropriate relationship with a former student. he was arrested but was not charged. he was found in his car apparently committing suicide. they have not released many details. the news release says that there are three key points as to why they

moved in on him. before arresting them they brought all of their evidence in front of a third party. they asked the judge is there enough evidence to issue an arrest warrant and the judge said yes. that is why they moved in and made the arrest. they kept saying to them but if you read the press release it changes to victims. there could be possible digital recordings out there. they are trying to track down the recordings to make sure they do not get into the wrong hands. i tried to talk to the albany police department but all they would do was issue meet this news release. the question is why did they not

regarding the accident of the cantilever section has been cleared from the roadway. speeds are better. as a viewer let me know that the are better. as you get to the cantilever section speeds are increasing but the problem is getting there. it is backed up to the macarthur maze. highway 24. from 580 are backed up. there are no other hot spots. the san mateo bridge however has the potential to be backed up. and it is not slowing down the drive on the westbound direction. you can see traffic is still looking pretty decent. drive times at 15 minutes instead of the unusual times of 11 minutes of the usual 11 minutes. and a cellphones 1 0 1 looking decent problems, no delays. southbound --,
